Travel grants for postgraduate studies, research and field work
The Foundation of the Finnish Institute in the Middle East awards travel grants for research carried out in the Middle East and research-related travel. Grants can be sought by researchers and doctoral students who are Finnish citizens or who are active in Finland. As a rule, grants are not awarded to undergraduate students or for conference trips. The grant must be used during 2023. In evaluating the applications, a long-term stay in the destination area is considered an asset.
The application period for 2023 travel grants closes at 4 PM (UTC+2) on January 31, 2023.
